The Wiha Tools Voltage tester can be used for voltage levels between 220 and 250 volts. This voltage tester blade is made from acier chrome vanadium, through hardened and nickel coated. It is used for determining alternating voltages in low voltage range up to 250 volts with respect to earth potential.
